Data released by the UK Land Registry for February paints a mixed picture of house prices in the UK, according to expatriate mortgage specialists, Offshoreonline.org. Rental yields rise, house prices fall

Data released by the Association of Residential Letting Agents covering the three months to September 2010 shows average rental returns for houses has risen from 4.8% to 5.0% and those for flats are up from 5.0% to 5.1%.
